Enjoy these busy moms fitness tips.
One of the biggest shocks of becoming a mom was the the weight I put on and try what may just cannot take off. Here are some tips that helped me and maybe will benefit you.
1. Drink a glass of water before and after each meal - This is one way to make sure you get your required water intake as well as fills you up so you don't eat too much.
2. Get moving - While watching TV or whatever, just move around or walk in place.
3. Schedule using your excercycle or treadmill during your favorite TV show. You might feel like missing your excercise but not your show!
4. Plan a sufficient amount of vegetables into your daily meals.
5. You are not a dustbin - Say it! "I am NOT a dustbin!". Resist the temptation to finish your children's leftovers.
6. Sit while eating. Eating on the go just doesn't send the message to your brain when you are full.
7. Try and make sure that the atmosphere is calm while you eat. Enjoy each bite!
8. Try and schedule a daily walk at a convenient time along with a friend. That will keep you accountable and make it easier to stick to.
